• We always aim to deliver the exact quantity mentioned in the service description. However, due to potential updates or algorithm changes on social media platforms, drop rates may vary, and guarantee terms may change. SMMVan is not responsible for such fluctuations.

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. If an order fails to deliver, a credit will be added to your SMMVan account.

• Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect links or formatting errors.

  • Use of multiple servers simultaneously for the same link.

Service Use

• SMMVan is intended only to promote your social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Pinterest, etc.) and increase visibility or appearance.

• We do not guarantee:

  • That followers or subscribers will interact with your content.

  • That accounts delivering followers will have full bios, profile photos, or uploaded content—though we strive to maintain quality.

• Do not upload content that includes nudity or violates the community guidelines of platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or Telegram.

• If your page already had 100k+ followers/likes/views before using our services, refill protection does not apply, even if the refill service is purchased. It is impossible to verify where drops occurred from in such cases.
